Mực trứng hấp hành gừng là món ăn ngon dễ làm, giúp đổi vị cho những bữa cơm ngày lạnh. Cách hấp mực trứng ngon và ít bị tanh khi nguội là bạn phải tăng thêm vị cay nồng cho nước mắm gừng nhé. Chỉ cần 30 phút chuẩn bị và thực hiện, bạn sẽ có được món mực trứng hấp ngon lành cành đào rồi nhé.
Rửa sạch hành lá, cần tàu, cắt khúc dài, phần gốc hành chẻ đôi. Nạo sạch vỏ 50gr gừng, cắt lát rồi cắt sợi nhỏ 30gr. Bóc vỏ hành tây, cắt lát nhỏ. Gọt cỏ cà rốt, thái sợi to.
Cách hấp mực trứng: Cho các loại rau củ vào dĩa lòng sâu, thêm mực trứng, ướp với 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu lên trên. Cho thêm hành lá và cần tàu, đem dĩa mực cho vào xửng hấp, hấp 15 phút là chín.
Cách pha nước mắm gừng ăn kèm mực trứng hấp: Giã 20gr gừng còn lại với ớt cho nhuyễn. Pha 3 muỗng canh nước mắm với 2 muỗng canh đường trắng. Cho hỗn hợp gừng, ớt vào nước mắm đường, nặn thêm chanh và khuấy đều cho hỗn hợp tan hoàn toàn. Nêm nếm lại cho vừa khẩu vị của gia đình.
Bày trí mực trứng hấp ra đĩa. Xếp thêm vài lát chanh ớt cắt lát lên trên dĩa mực. Rưới nước mắm gừng lên và thưởng thức thôi nào.
