Gỏi gà rau răm ngò om là món khai vị trong các bữa tiệc. Cách làm gỏi gà rau răm ngò om có thịt gà bùi béo, trộn cùng phụ liệu và nước trộn gỏi vị chua cay, mặn ngọt, thật đậm đà. Hứa hẹn mang đến cho cả nhà một bữa ăn ngon miệng và đầy đủ dưỡng chất.
Rửa sạch thịt đùi gà, thấm khô nước. Đun nóng ít dầu ăn, cho đùi gà vào chiên cho cháy xém các mặt. Thêm hành tây thái nhỏ vào, đảo đều 2-3 phút. Sau đó đổ ngập nước, thêm 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm và ít tiêu xay, đậy kín nắp vung, đun sôi 15-20 phút cho thịt gà chín.
Vớt thịt gà ra để nguội rồi dùng tay xé phay thịt gà nhé. Nhặt sạch rau răm và ngò om, thái nhỏ. Làm nước sốt trộn gỏi gà rau răm: nước cốt 3 trái chanh, tỏi + ớt giã nhỏ, 2 muỗng canh đường, 2 muỗng canh nước mắm, ít muối, giấm táo và tiêu, nêm nếm cho vừa miệng.
Cho thịt gà vào tô. Thêm ít hành tây thái lát mỏng vào trộn đều. Sau đó cho tiếp rau răm, ngò om, trộn đều. Cuối cùng đổ nước sốt trộn gỏi gà lên trên, dùng tay trộn cho gỏi gà rau răm ngấm đều gia vị.
